Derek LaFargue is a guy who loves to take action! He graduated from Oklahoma State University with 2 degrees, where he was a letterman on the OSU football team while playing offensive line and deepsnapping. Withing months of graduating, he started a local independent insurance business in his hometown. The business grew quickly from the start and is now in the process of being sold.
A licensed real estate broker, Derek now manages several other businesses and investments in different industries. Those including real estate, oil & gas, vending, and Your Automated Office, LLC. He is the creator and visionary behind the Your Automated Office system built and based off the REAL inside workings of a multi-million dollar producing financial services and registered investment advisory business. An avid student of business & marketing, Derek is constantly looking for a more effective, efficient, and simply better way to get something done.
When not working, you’ll find Derek riding his motorcycle (named “Imus”), boating on beautiful Beaver Lake, reading on his deck, or playing with his 2 labradoodles (Harley & Chopper).He and his best friend recently started a 501(c)3 non-profit to bring ‘Literal Salvation’ to people in serious physical need across the world. Richard LaFargue has been helping people reach their financial goals and dreams for over twenty years. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, and captain of the Razorback football team Richard was a honorable mention All American center that was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 1976.
Richard entered the financial services industry at 35, after managing a successful 2,000 acre grain farm operation for twelve years. Being a Top of the Table producer his fourth year in the business, Richard is always seeking to learn from and associate with the cream of the crop.
The founder and owner of LaFargue Financial Group, an independent registered investment advisor, Richard has been in financial services industry since 1990. He holds both the CLU and ChFC designations.
Richard hates things not getting done on time or business “falling through the cracks”. Through his collaboration with his son Derek, the creator of Your Automated Office, Richard’s office runs smoothly. “Tasks get completed on time, nothing falls through the cracks, and my client’s are nurtured at the HIGHEST level automatically with Your Automated Office. This system makes me look like I’m superman with the amount of ‘touches’ my clients receive from me!”
Richard loves spending time with his wife of 32 years Jane, playing golf, or riding his custom chopper that he built.
